I haven't been here in about 18 years. I used to love it. It's a little dirty. The bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in a long time and the dining room carpet needs replaced with something more easily cleaned.
The selection of food is better than most Chinese buffets. The food itself was decent. Nothing to get excited about though. -

Well, I didn't have high expectations so I wasn't disappointed. Small plates prevent food waste which is a plus. No shrimp anything for lunch. The crab rangoons are about the size of a small hand but contain about 1/2 tsp of mix...i kid you not! No chicken on a stick. Open kitchen. I don't think I'll return
Pros: cheap, salad bar
Cons: no shrimp or chicken on a stick -

I've been interested in this for awhile, but it is off my beaten path and there are plenty of bad reviews. Ended up nearby and hungry, so finally stopped in.
It's a typical Chinese buffet in some ways. But in others, a bit different. Not necessarily better, just different. It is not super huge, as I expected. In fact, it's one of the smaller buffets I've been to, in terms of seating. Laid out along the corner of a building, with several small areas. Buffet tables are along the edge, at angles, with the kitchen right behind. The usual selection, plus some oddities: Mongolian potatoes, which were decent; Singapore noodles, nothing special but never seen before at a Chinese buffet; green beans and cabbage with bean sauce, very good; and sausage with the same cabbage, maybe not Chinese but also good. I tried some of the other stuff, and meh. General Tso's, egg rolls, Mongolian beef, etc., bland and mediocre.
The place was a bit dirty on a Saturday night. Crowd was not huge; a few noisy kids. Good service. And super super low prices- only $7 for dinner. Small plates and glasses, to discourage waste, slightly annoying.
Would I come back? Probably not, since there are better food options nearby. But if I was starving and broke, it would rise a few notches. -

From 5 Stars to 1 Star! It is unfortunate, but this place has definitely gone downhill. I decided to stop by here because I was in the area and in the mood for some Chinese. One of the best things about this place is their price. $5.85 for a lunch buffet, it almost makes you wonder how are they able to keep their prices so cheap. I am not sure if I just caught them on a bad day or what. But this experience was disheartening to say the least. Almost none of the food looked fresh. The Lo Mein noodles were tasteless and so was the General Tso's. The only thing that I really enjoyed were the french fries, and that was after dipping them into sweet & sour sauce. They really need to update the interior of this joint because it has been the same for over 15 years. I was in the mood for some ice cream after tolerating my food. So I get up to the ice cream machine and I discover that it is Out of Order. I would only suggest this place if you are broke and starving. Sad to see this place take a nose dive like this.
